Manual: Aged, Blind and Disabled Medicaid
Change No: 12-04
To: County Directors of Social Services
Effective: February 1, 2004
There are two addresses in the manual material that need updating. The Charlotte Sub Office for the Bureau for Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) has changed its address and the mail service center address for the Division of Medical Assistance has changed.
In addition, the Medicare Part A co-payment amount for 21-100 days in SNF is updated. Due to an oversight, these were not updated with Change No. 11-04.
This policy is effective immediately.
