A. MA-3330, Citizenship/Alien Requirements, has been changed to add information pertaining to the new emergency medical review procedures and to incorporate policy regarding the Iraqi and Afghanistan Special Immigrants contained in DMA Administrative Letter 07-08 and Addendum 1.

The codes will be included in the EIS manual effective October 1, 2008. Continue to refer to the DMA Administrative Letter 07-08, Addendum 1, until that time.
This policy is effective September 1, 2008. Apply this policy to any applications or redeterminations in process or taken on or after September 1, 2008. This change notice obsoletes DMA Administrative Letter 07-08 and Addendum 1 effective October 1, 2008, when EIS changes are issued.
